Very disappointed, I was bitten in my sleep up the backs of my legs. I explained to the receptionist in the morning, showed her the bite marks and she said management would be in contact with me, 7 days later and have heard nothing despite calling to check I hadn’t missed am email/call by accident. I stay in a lot of hotels for work, I just need a clean place to sleep a lot of the time, so I’m not fussy and am often willing to overlook things but being bitten then ignored is not one of them
