The location, parking, staff, room was clean and efficient.

There is not one plug socket near the bed which is annoying when needing to charge devices whilst using them. Bigger water glass and slightly bigger mugs for tea and coffee would be nice. We loved the side light situation as not a massive fan of the main big light...but needs more lighting was very dark space to get ready in.
