lokácia (10 minút od centra a trhov pešo) vybavenie komunikácia s majiteľom top garáž pre auto postele veľmi príjemné

čistota, hubka na riad špinavá a od prachu, nepovysávané, nepríjemný pach ako keby niečo prihorelo (asi z digestora)

Lokalita, parkovanie a veľkosť bytu, pohodlné postele

Byt už by potreboval drobné rekonštrukčné práce. Počas ubytovania neodtekala vaňa. Na ubytovaní chýbala umývačka riadku, ale to skor pre dlhší pobyt. žiadne hodiny na stene, boli v skriny asi odpadli. Niektoré veci boli také že čo sa doma zvýšilo tak to skončilo v apartmáne, ako nápriklad 3 ks žehličiek.
