Està ben situat, és gran i ampli i està molt net. Té parking privat gratuït cobert.

Vam dir que feia fred i la seva resposta va ser "hay edredón en la cama". No hi ha mantes. A més, ens van fotocopiar el DNI (que està prohibit) i l'home els va llegir i preguntant per l'adreça, tot una mica creepy.
