"Estuvimos muy agusto y repetiremos seguro"

La ubicación y la cercanía a los servicios del Hotel y servicios de esquí. El apartamento era muy cómodo, limpio y bien distribuido. Amplio salón y camas cómodas para descansar. Aunque solo tiene 1 baño es muy amplio y completo.

En la cocina no había los básicos de cortesía que suelen haber como sal , aceite , servilletas , azúcar , etc La wifi no se enganchaba bien , inestable

My husband fell over black ice and fractured his arm. The hotel were very unhelpful and lacked empathy. We are very disappointed with their attitude towards the facilities given that that day a few people fell over in their area to take the bins out. No apologies, no help with the issues and 2 x days of skiing lost. Very disappointed and poor customer service.

"Buena ubicación pero con aspectos a mejorar"

Apartamentos bien ubicados cerca de pistas y tiendas. Muy sencillos con bastantes aspectos a mejorar. Limpieza justa, la vajilla sucia, almohadas con manchas e incómodas, ascensor sin sensor de personas, ha golpeado a mi hija y a varias personas más de nuestro grupo. Tanto el personal de recepción como de la cafetería da la sensación de que no se enteran mucho por algunas cosas que nos han pasado.
