"Low height Toilets"

Locationn

Toilet height was for a small child not an adult. We are older in 80s and another in party is having knee surgery this next week. Don't normally need handicap rooms but manager put us in handicap room that had same small toilet with hand bars. We changed rooms as only one had a standard height toilet. Crazy, we were looked at by staff as if it was our fault. Trading another staff and so it was a slow go. S

Recently renovated so the facility is modern and clean. The breakfast is very good and the staff are wonderfully accommodating and friendly .

The pool was not open yet😌 The toilet in the room backed-up several times. The staff was responsive but it was an annoyance.

Easy check in.

It was very dirty, it looked like someone had been in the beds, the furniture was sticky, there was a small blood stain on the comforter, even the hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in a while. Pictures very deceiving. The side door we came in said it was broken and to use the front door but it was propped open with a small towel. We didn’t even stay we asked for a refund and left.
