The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat. The check in clerk was friendly but housekeeping not so much. Don’t think I would stay here again.
No water pressure or hot water. Parking well i had to park in a feild
Very clean
Musty smelling. The chair in the room appeared to have had stains that were attempted to be cleaned. The shower had same as zero water pressure. The bed was OK, but not as comfortable as I had hoped. The staff was very friendly.
This is a quality hotel to stay at when flying out of Dallas. We like the convenience to the airport and the park sleep fly option allotted. The shuttle is nice to get you to and from the airport. The area around the hotel isn’t the best, but for a short night it’s perfectly fine.
No coffee maker wasn’t a complete breakfast
The hotel feels a bit "dated." The elevator wasn't working on the 3rd floor, so we had to take the stairs. The key machine wasn't working, so we only received one key. The gravy at breakfast was full of pepper. Not a bad place to stay for the price, but we likely won't stay here again.
