Nothing.

We needed a hotel convenient to a hospice where we were visiting a family member and unfortunately chose this one. The bed was very uncomfortable with an ill fitting sheet. Although sheets and towels were clean, the rest of the hotel appeared shabby and grimy, to the point we decided not to stay for the included breakfast.

I was upgraded to deluxe room, was neat and clean, room was comfortable and big, bathroom was big and neat, even though it was for one night the stay was comfortable, amazing staff, i am regular to this hotel, this time around was even better.
