Location is excellent, close to town with good safe parking only 5 mins through pleasant parklands to the Town hall. Staff were efficient & polite, breakfast was great would've been perfect if the coffee was my style. Building is lovely not at all like a chain hotel which I like.

Lovely building, once must have been a landmark in itself. Friendly and helpful staff. The centre of Rochdale is easily accessible on foot. (10 mins) Plenty of parking Vary spacious.

The rooms and general décor felt tired. The bar completely lacked any character and felt a bit like a function room in the way it was dressed.

I felt unsafe as a single female Dark, very quiet hotel Smelly and unwelcoming reception Groups of men in the car park No restaurant for evening meal I did not stay and left after 45 minutes of checking in
