Comfort Inn Warner Robins - Robins Air Force Base Area

The staff was receptive and helpful to the best of their ability, but we're mostly hamstrung by lack of materials.

The bathroom was not handicapped accessible for a shower. I specifically asked whether I can wheel into the shower and was assured that I could. When I got in the room there was a barrier there that was keeping me from Wheeling into the shower and no shower chair. Shower chair was finally provided but it didn't stop the water from going all over the bathroom floor. After I reported it one of the staff members came in immediately and mopped the floor semicolon I asked him whether the maids would come in and replace the sopping wet towels that I used to get out of the water logged room bathroom and I was assured that they would. I came back midday and asked what was going on they said they'd get to it, but when I finally got back at the end of the day I had no towels. I was later informed that the housekeeping staff had been notified that I wanted more towels but told the inquiring party that I was only checking out in the morning and I wouldn't need more towels.

Staff was great and friendly.

No lighting when you walk in the room, only 1 lamp worked, TV kept turning off, wifi service was weak, bed had huge worn spot, mattress needs to be taken out.

My room was not clean by housekeeping when I requested it to be clean I was under the impression they would clean it but did not

Looks clean and comfortable, I will stay again
