We stopped here as a stop on our way to the Keyes. It was easy to get to. We arrived on a Sunday evening, and there was a concert by the hotel Tiki Bar. There were many people attending so the parking lot that was also for the hotel was initially full on our arrival. Fortunately, someone was leaving and we were able to get a spot. The hotel and staff at the desk were wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was basic but good with friendly wait staff.

We had tried to eat dinner at the Tikibar outside, but we couldn’t find a hostess to seat us, despite a sign that said to wait to be seated. A kind bartender saw us and seated us. But then no one ever came to take our order. We got the attention of one waitress who said she would come back if she couldn’t find anyone else. But no one ever came, so we gave up and ate at the restaurant inside the hotel.

We just stayed due to an early flight out of punta gorda, everything was very clean and staff were great

The bathroom door squeaked when opening and closing so was hard to be quiet in the nighttime to use bathroom without waking up others while opening and closing door Also we had very very noisy next door people who came in very loudly at 10:15 pm and woke us up and continued being noisy for quite a while. My friend couldn't fall.back asleep and I slept with the TV on due to the noise they were making. We had to be up.for 3am to leave for the shuttle at 4am, they was the only problems we had during our visit

Staff is Very Friendly & Accommodating. Restaurant& Bar is Wonderful & The Tiki Bar is 1st Class.

Close to everything I was in town for & the staff. Second time staying there this year & will book again whenever I visit South Florida.
