Royal Inn Hudson I-94

The location was absolutely perfect. The guy at the front counter was personable and fun to talk to. We were even given a little goodie bag as a welcome!

I didn't like that I couldn't run just the fan on the ac/heat unit. Maybe you can and I just couldn't figure it out.

Location for the Hudson Hot Air Affair was excellent. We were able to walk to the event which was wonderful! The bed was very firm...I definitely need a softer mattress for my comfort. Overall good experience and would stay again if we were attending the same event.

Friendly staff. Clean and good size rooms.

Did take a little bit to figure out the lights.

It was -20, because of that the heat kicked on and off frequently.

Bag of water bottles and snacks given to us when we arrived. Snowed over night and someone from hotel shoveled between vehicles for us to get into car!

Bathroom floor and walls were ice cold, otherwise everything was great

The front desk were so kind . After my story of telling how I tried to reach an Ice agent in Minneapolis with love not hate ( he looked so untrained and scared ) the front desk was kind to me . Great welcome pack and ease of checkout . Good value .

The shower knob is not intuitive so a little card posted in the bathroom ( laminated ) would solve that .
