I have been staying at Mövenpick Hotel Ikoyi Lagos since December 14, 2024, and I must say the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and impeccable service, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. The F&B Manager, Sandeep, has gone above and beyond to ensure my dining experience is tailored to my preferences. His passion for hospitality and keen attention to detail are truly commendable. Sandeep has been instrumental in curating an array of delicious Indian dishes that make me feel at home even while being away from India. Additionally, the General Manager of the hotel has taken a personal interest in ensuring my stay is comfortable and seamless. Their commitment to guest satisfaction reflects in every interaction, making me feel valued and cared for throughout my stay. The hotel’s ambiance, excellent amenities, and the warmth of the staff further enhance the overall experience. I highly recommend Mövenpick Hotel Ikoyi Lagos to anyone visiting Lagos. Whether it’s the delectable food, the efficient service, or the well-maintained property, this hotel truly stands out!

Staffs are very kind and helpfull. Always ready to assist with any difficulty even when it's out of their scope!. During this holiday season the staff were soo helpful in places to visit here in Lagos especially knowing the great places for a Nigerian relaxation.

It has good access to my intended location in Victoria Island. Nothing more. I wish I could say more.

Poor staff at Check-in: The check-in process is not to the standard of other Movenpick hotels or, say, Radisson Blu Hotel. Room: The room was subpar in every way. I booked a deluxe room, and besides having a king-size bed, all other amenities were unavailable. The bathroom had no toiletries, and the room looked poorly cleaned. There were no towels or bathrobes, no ironing boards or pressing irons, and only two hangers. I called the operator for help, and they took my request but never showed up despite going to report the situation in the room physically. It is a colossal letdown overall.

The room was beautifully chilled, with the AC working flawlessly. Immaculately clean and tidy, a lovely, comfortable bed. Breakfast was outstanding, served by attentive staff, and Sandip the front of house even stopped by to say hello when I was eating breakfast. They kindly let me park my new car on the the front section. Truly, what’s not to love?❤️ thank you Movenpick Lagos, you are a shining star amongst hotels of quality.

Amazing staff that went out of their way to ensure our stay and event were perfect. We had a large number of guests with multiple logistics and all were handled immediately without issue. From front desk staff, restaurant staff to housekeeping we were met with the utmost respect and kindness. Would highly recommend the Movenpick for a convenient location from individual guests to larger events.
