Best Western Plus Texoma Hotel & Suites

Our room was not clean and found bugs all over. We had to leave, I was not able to stay there.

The first night the smoke detector went off at 3am, the batteries had to be replaced, didn’t stop the beeping alarm, disconnected from the ceiling by my husband, finally after 30 minutes of alarm.,. Silence! Not an easy check-in, they showed we had just checked out… but over all WE WILL STAY again😂

Place is showing wear and tare big time! 3rd floor room water damage on ceilings, walls and carpets. Elevator button on 3rd floor not working. No one told us we read a sign. Ended up having to go down stairs to get Elevator because front desk was busy. Pool had rust color at bottom and what appeared to be hair strands floating. Positive: comfortable bed and ok breakfast.

We enjoy the hotel, the staff are.super friendly and the location is perfect.

We stay at this hotel several times a year when we are in town visiting family. This could be a great hotel with a few updates and changes. The trash cans outside are always overflowing and need to be emptied regularly. The rooms have been clean, but definitely need an update. Changing out the carpet for flooring would help. Updating the bathrooms would help. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A lot of workers stay at this hotel and it has taken a toll on the hotel. Sometimes there is dried mud or dirt as you come into the hotel and the floor of the elevator is dirty. We will stay here again because the rooms are clean and the staff is very nice.

My main complaint is that I finally got off of my shift at 3amish and found out that my keycard for my room just was no longer working. Had to call and wait for the person to let me into my room. Unacceptable.

Cigarette buys all in front of doors. The pool was closed. The door to my room let in light & noise from hallway. I found someone else’s toothbrush in the bathroom, which make me question cleanliness.

I understand is A hotel but at least they can try there best with the standard of BESTWESTERN HOTEL chains. In general the hotel can’t be name best western. To low of quality.!elevator we’re DIRTY AND THE ROOM HAD MOLD I. THE HOT TUB .

Check-in was quick and easy! We got an upgrade to a larger room. Check-In staff was excellent! Breakfast was really great, Adriana was an excellent host! Property was clean, could use some upgrades, it’s a little outdated.
