Outside, and the life music

Too expensive for what it offers. The service is too slow. Plenty of things don't work. The last time I was there, I booked a room and called 2 days before my arrival to arrive 1 day before. They confirmed it was OK, and the room was available, but when I arrived, they told me the hotel was full and I had to find another (!!!). They blamed me for the problem. The next day, the manager called me and acknowledged the issue with their desk. They offered me to come back with an upgrade.

Chambres et vue, Emplacement de l'hotel, le restaurant Ayoka

Dès le premier jour, nous avons constaté la présence de moustiques dans la chambre. L’hôtel utilise une application WhatsApp assistée par IA, pratique mais peu fiable : des informations erronées nous ont été données, notamment sur les horaires du petit-déjeuner. Le voucher restaurant inclus avec le concert de Youssou N’Dour ne nous a jamais été remis et aucune réduction n’a été appliquée au moment du paiement. Il a fallut que insite pour que lors de ma sortie le montant soit deduis de la facture finale. De plus, des cafards ont été aperçus au restaurant au petit-déjeuner. Enfin, le service a été incohérent : refus de préparer une omelette à 11h03 malgré des ingrédients disponibles, entraînant une attente de plus de 40 minutes, alors que d’autres clients étaient servis après 11h a la station crepes,
