10 of us stayed at the Bangalore location. The atmosphere was amazing. The customer service we had was above and beyond for us. I had some additional services such as laundry and a massage at the spa. The atmosphere on rooftop bar was also exceptional. A few of us went to the rooftop to watch the sunrise and that was also a special treat for us. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was spotless. If I am back in Bangalore, this would be my first choice of hotel to stay. Thank you for the most awesome time.

I travel to India regularly for work, visiting every two months, and after staying at many different hotels, I finally found this one — and I highly recommend it. The location is excellent, right in the center of restaurants, cafés, and shops, all within walking distance. The hotel is spotless and well‑maintained, and although it is a boutique hotel located in the heart of the action, it remains quiet and peaceful. Most importantly, the staff is exceptional — fast, attentive service, always delivered with a smile and genuine kindness.

The most unforgettable stay I had in India was at the St. Mark’s hotel. Since day one I felt treated like a princesse. Everything was done with care, patience and a big smile. The rooms were cleaned every day and the rooftop had the most mesmerizing view. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated in the city center, with a walking distance to a lot of places and tuktuk’s in front of the hotel. Breakfast had a lot of delicious options from Indian till western food. The restaurant had plenty of options as well and room service was the best one I had in a while. I never missed hotel staff as much I miss them. They made us feel welcomed and loved. They organized a wonderful Kerala new year’s buffet, made us try local food at MTR and gave us warm farewell. Thank you for the best stay ever, thank you for making me feel at home and especially thank you for always being there and making me smile through the eased journey! Warm hugs from Belgium!
