Le Domaine de Verchant Relais & Châteaux

There is something for everyone who want to relax at this beautiful property just outside of Montepellier. A stunning pool, gorgeous spa, grounds to walk around and two restaurants to choose from. Old world charm with all new amenities. Just lovely!

Great hotel. Really surprised how nice Montpellier is. Would definitely return, and would love to go back to this hotel.

We had a super relaxing time for 3 nights st la domaine de verchant. Rooms were great and beds super comfy. Staff were excellent. Spa was expensive but beautiful. Great for a girly break or romantic weekend. Food pricey but decent. They could do with blackout curtains though ...as not much lie in!

i wish I would have stayed longer here. It was truly beautiful inside and out. The food was fabulous too.

One roundabout more then the GPS indicated and turning on to a long driveway we had no idea the joy we were about to experience. Set in a gorgeous vineyard that belongs to the property the main building gives only hints of the re-modeled interiors and the great sense of taste and well-being you are about to experience. The staff was excellent and the room out of this world. The SPA world class. The problem..... we literally did not want to leave and visit the nearby sites or towns. We wanted to move in. Do not go here as a place to sleep. Stay a few days relax and enjoy what is truly a marvelous property.

Room was attractive and large, but no good light to read in bed, and no really comfortable chair in which to sit. The shower was lovely, but the toilet was in the middle of a large room with no privacy...better as a throne!

This hotel ticks all the boxes. I especially want to mention the hotel staff, all of whom could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Amazingly comfortable homey feeling all around. There is also a spa (that i Did not use ) fabulous restaurant attentive staff. Gorgeous grounds - good for raint and sunny days

Great boutique hotel. Food is unbelievable and the spa is lovely. Staff was friendly and accessible at all times.

The wifi only worked from a certain spot on the balcony. The room did have a stationary, but the internet did not work on it either. The service was not great - we told the receptionist that we did not need housekeeping for the 2 nights we were staying there - as we were tired and did not want to be disturbed. In the evening when we went out for a little, we come back to find the housekeeper in our room. She said she was all done and left. The towels were not changed, the sheets were not changed, she had not refilled the minibar. So what had she been doing in our room? Closing the shutters to all of our windows (the kind you close on the outside of the glass).......... why? I do not know. They also charged us for drinks from the minibar that we did not have. This I found out looking at my receipt after we had checked out. We did not enjoy our stay as much as we expected to. Not worth the outrageous price either.
