Room amenities could have been better. Maybe bottles of water, material about hotel services or what to do around the city.

It was conveniently located and the rooms were spacious.

Customer service was terrible. Front desk lady had an attitude and rolled her eyes every time we had a question. Rooms didn’t get clean even though we called and requested for the bed to be made. The overall cleanliness was poor.
