"A wonderful and luxurious spot in Saint Raphael."

It is a beautiful property. Very quiet and relaxing with beautiful views.

The property is not on the beach or at walking distance from restaurants. The main pool was not heated for swimming.

"Definitely a 5 star property overlooking water"

A 5 star boutique water front property. Rooms are very spacious and extremely well styles as is the breakfast eating area overlooking the water & pool. Two excellent pool areas. San Raphael is a lovely area to visit.

Some 3fkm away from San Raphael and the main beach areas though we did walk into the centre and caught taxis to restaurants without much effort. No restaurant for dinner Mon & Tues.

"Cotê d Azur vom feinsten"

Es war herrlich, sehr ruhig und sehr luxuriös trotz der alten Villa. Lage Top, genauso wie das Personal. Hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Zu Mittag gab es keine Möglichkeit einen Snack zu bekommen an einer Bar oder so, leider nur Room Service.

Also Lage super direkt am Meer, Außenbereich gut bis sehr gut, man muss sagen wir sind empfindlich aber aus unserer Sicht zu viele bauliche Mängel für ein Haus was in der Liga spielen möchte. Fliesen mit offenen schnittkanten, Badewannen stöpsel passte nicht , Toiletten sitz wackelig. Möblierung teilweise nicht funktional, Küche gut, service im Restaurant könnte besser sein
