Conviniently near the bus stop,Kemptown and the city centre. Narrow halls but understandable. Keys are where they are, everything is prepared.

Some dirt on the walls.. Hair on the sink. Dust under the bed.. Narrow space in the room cant fit a medium size luggage

The price and location

Bathroom bin not emptied, carpet not clean and both televisions didn’t work.

Nice studio, well decorated and clean, fantastic location.

The coffee machine needed to be descaled, therefore it couldn’t be used. The bed sheets also felt quite damp.

Shower was a little low for me, 6ft 2

Bumping your head going in or out if you're not careful reading the sign above, but everything else is perfect

The owner was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I made a call on a non-priority mobile number, as provided on the website, to access the room I HAVE PAID for. I was completely shocked with the owner’s attitude acting like a 10 years old child complaining about me calling him on my arrival day. Unacceptable! If the attitude is strongly linked with health issues, for instance- mental health or autism, then there should be someone else in charge dealing with guests, in case if they need anything.

The front door no 3 - some guests had the door key whereas some didn’t. The door was closed once by the new arrivals, so we could not access the room that we have paid for.
