Sulle lenzuola del letto c'erano degli insetti che purtroppo non conosco. Forse potrebbero essere degli insetti della moquette che vivono negli ambienti umidi. Questi insetti mi avevano irritato la pelle, ma non erano cimici del letto. La stanza piccolissima all'ultimo piano. Faceva tanto caldo, ma per fortuna c'era almeno il ventilatore.

The location is excellent. It’s being so central, but yet it’s very quiet at night. Everything is walking distance to the beach and supermarket and cafes. When they said soundproofing room and they really meant it. I heard no noise from next door or upstairs or downstairs. I had a wonderful sleep even its hottest day of the year. I could open my window and they provided me a big fan which is wonderful. Overall I’m very impressed. Check in was so easy. No fuss at all and no waiting time even I was early . Fabulous service.

Super comfy bed, big powerful fan which was great for the heat wave when I stayed, kettle and teabags etc , I had room 3 so easy straight through front door and down corridor, lovely and clean, nice big window for air flow, you go two doors down to pub to get room info, very welcoming staff, so helpful, had a drink at table outside watching the world go by, they have a good menu selection too, when you set foot outside you can see the sea from the hotel, a good selection of coffee shops, a few charity shops along that road and a bus stop about 1 min walk that takes you up to the Marina so for me the perfect location in wonderful Brighton, definitely will be back

Staff absolutely lovely room very comfortable and clean exceeded expectations. It was really lovely.

The location wise it’s very near to the seaside.

The room was super hot. Though the cooler was available, but we had to open the window and the windows didn’t have curtains.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Staff lovely in StJames pub where we checked in, also handy to eat there but plenty of great places in the area. I stay in the area a lot but first time here & now my favourite! I treated myself to the room with the spa bath & 4 poster bed & my friend had the other 4 poster bed room. Really nice furniture, whoever is responsible they have great taste 🤩

The location. The cleaners were friendly and always asked if they could get me anything. Check in at the pub was not good, but they tried.

My room was highly overpriced. Literally wasn’t room to turn around in. Bathroom was small but fine, other than wobbly toilet seat needs fixing. The kitchen was poor and unusable, the same dirty plates were there my whole stay, I didn’t even want to use a cup. Just because you leave chocolates on the bed doesn’t make it 4* or worth that amount.
