Owners were lovely, answered all my questions and really went above and beyond for us. Gave us a free upgrade for our stay. Our room was clean and had a lovely little balcony. Great value for money would recommend

Easy to find, safe, comfortable and clean.

Just a minor detail: there was no decaf tea / coffee / herbal tea in the room,and not really enough milk portions for 2 nights

The wee conservatory, comfy mattress and the price reflected the room. Late check in was also possible. Plenty of lighting.

A metal bed frame in a guesthouse is never a good idea. It wears down much quicker and ultimately squeaks alot I wasn't the biggest fan of tell us when you leave. I understand it's for housekeeping but you have said it's a 10am check out so obviously I am going to leave for that time. It doesn't feel very customer friendly but that's just a small thing
