Staff were very friendly and helpful - the property is adequate for short a short stay but somewhat tired and could do with some attention to rough edges in the room I stayed in. Overall it was fine for the price

It was a lovely room, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the decor as well. The hotel was also very well located, being close to the town and within walking distance from the sea. We would like to have stayed longer.

Excellent value for money. Lovely location in Kemptown. Clean room (with plenty tea and coffee - a rarity these days). Minor complaint (but really minor, given the positives) is that the reception is mostly unstaffed and the phone number not always answered. Would def stay again.

It was a lovely place, clean and tastefully and warmly decorated. Perfectly located, so close to the sea. I very much enjoyed my stay here. A charming place.

Quite good location Very welcoming and helpful staff Quite few stairs to room but good size room Had all essentials needed apart from hand towel . Bathroom door didn’t shut and could hear lots of movement from others above but overall happy with the visit
