Great location and very nice rooms

looked like a storage location on floor where room was located (Basement). piles of thing and construction material in the hallway. one of bathroom was very dirty, not finished

This was a last minute booking I booked the cheapest I could find and it did not disappoint at all. I would definitely come here again when the weather gets better and would recommend others the same.

Parking in the underground car park is expensive but the bays in the square are free after 8pm.

It was a good location for us. Beds were clean and comfortable (if you like them soft). It was a lovely character filled building. It was a decent price.

The shower pressure was extremely variable as was the temperature. The furniture was a little tired and our chairs were very badly stained.

Wonderful stay!! Recommend for anyone visiting Brighton, star rating should be way higher :) kind reception staff too.

Clean, modern and at the end of Hastings to continue your bike trip to Dover

Breakfast was served 8 25 Rather than at 8 am.

Lovely little place by the sea, great value for money I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was for the price I paid. The staff were really helpful too

The parking all over brighton is a bit of a nightmare
