Wir bekamen freundlicherweise ein kostenloses Upgrade. Von 2 Zimmern wurden wir auf ein ganzes Haus mit eigenem Pool und 3 Schlafzimmern upgedradet. Besonders gefallen hat uns das überaus freundliche und immer zuvorkommende Personal. Ganz besonders herausgestochen ist der Concierge Petrus, der es besonders meinen Teenager-Jungs angetan hat. Er hatte eine sehr sympathische und freundliche Art und hat uns z.B. einen tollen Tisch in einem auswärtigen Restaurant beschafft. Aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich. In der Anlage hat uns besonders der Strand gefallen, das italienische Restaurant und das tolle Haus, in dem wir übernachten konnten. Auch das Spa war ganz toll und die Massage sehr versiert und sehr entspannend.

Das Essen im Food Court hätte noch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können, das ist aber Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau, weil es ja verschiedene Restaurants gab.

Prompt and professional customer service and responsiveness. Friendly staff at meals (Raina was amazing!). The bartender (Christos?) was super friendly yet professional and made FANTASTIC drinks - we kept coming back for more!

When we arrived, there was a major sand and rainstorm that blanketed the resort and rendered our private room-side pool unusable. We asked about finding rooms with usable private pools. The team committed to look into the availability of room with a jacuzzi or move us to a suite so we could enjoy the private pools we had paid for, but the team did not follow-with us on this matter. Closing the loop on a commitment made is a hallmark of exceptional customer service. Also service at the beach was super slow when we were there - we waited for our drinks, which never came and we had to walk back to the bar and cancel our order before returning to the main resort. Other than these two episodes, our stay was great!

Lage ist überragend! Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist gut aber für ein 5-Sterne Hotel nicht gut genug. Da gibt es in ähnlicher Preisklasse besseres und mit Live-Cooking individuelleres. Personal sehr freundlich und benüht.

Wellnessbereich für ein 5 Sterne-Hotel zu wenig. Es bedarf mehrerer Saunen, ein Dampfbad, Kältebecken etc. Auch der Indoor-Whirpool war bei diesen Temperaturen nicht immer warm! Das Indoor-Gym ist für diese Hotelklasse deutlich zu klein und bietet kaum Trainingsmöglichkeiten. Das Outdoor-Gym war ok aber in die Jahre gekommen. Auch fehlt ein kostenloses Yoga/Pilates Programm am Morgen.

We had an unforgettable experience at this resort! The service was absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived - every staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and style. The location is stunning, with easy access to everything we needed and breathtaking views all around. The food was another highlight - delicious, fresh, and with plenty of variety to satisfy every taste in our family. We’ll definitely be back! My whole family loved it, and we all agreed it’s one of the best resorts we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!
