Das man das Personal Morgens, Mittags und auch Abends sieht. Alle arbeiten extrem lange.. Die Auswahl vom Essen war ein wenig mager. Dennoch hat alles geschmeckt und man hat immer was gefunden.
Incredible stay - 10/10. Faultless. Cannot wait to return.

Ön büro ve misafir ilişkileri tam bir facia. Genel olarak çalışanlarda bir memnuniyetsizlik hakim. Balayı çiftiyiz. 3 saat uykuyla otele geldik. Junior suite rezerve ettik ve erken giriş yapacağımızı öncesinden bildirmiştik. Doluluk oranı %10-%15 arası olmasına rağmen odayı 4 saat sonrasında teslim aldık. Odayı housekeeping teslim edemiyormuş vs farklı farklı bahaneler duyduk. İtalyan restoranı herşey dahil konseptine dahil diye sanmıştık meğerse 7 gün ve üzeri misafirlere ücretsizmiş. Misafir ilişkilerinden Fatma hanım bizim Junior Suitede kaldığımızı görmüş ve insiyatif kullanarak bize rezervasyon açmak isterken “ama önce bakayım junior suite mi tutmuşsunuz yoksa upgrade mi yapılmış”. Çok talihsiz açıklama. Upgrade geçtim otel bomboş olmasına rağmen oda verilmedi bize. Yemek konusunda asla memnun kalmadık. Ne dana ne koyun eti mevcut. Varsa yoksa domuz eti. Bizim kiralık aracımız vardı. Akşam yemeklerini dışarıda yedik. Kahvaltıda yiyeceğiniz tek şey 5 farklı çeşit pişirilmiş yumurta net söylüyorum.

DEUns hat wirklich alles außergewöhnlich gut gefallen. Tolles herzliches Personal, super abwechslungsreiches Essen, sehr schön angelegtes und gepflegtes Hotel. Wir können zu 100% das Pelagos weiterempfehlen, es ist dort wunderschön und wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wir können hier gar nichts festhalten.
