Fantastic location in Port Douglas. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place for exploring Great Barrier Reef. Also relatively close to Daintree rainforest. Love to go back!

"Convenient place close in the middle of the town."

Spacious, clean and friendly staff

We booked outside working hrs (2.45pm) and got to the property 2 hrs later and didn’t find any info on how to check in. We called the emergency numbers but didn’t get any response for 30 minutes. We then called Booking Dotcom who approached them and that’s when they called us back. It took us another hour for our room to be prepared. However the lady was very polite and apologetic and she compensated us with a late check out time.

"Great location in Paradise"

One of the main reasons for staying here was the fact that it is adult only. Ideal for me as a solo traveller. The position was perfect, the room was perfect, and the staff were amazing. The lady manager was fantastic. Always making sure I was OK and always offering great advice about the area. A very caring young lady. I will absolutely recommend this property for a peaceful holiday in an ideal location....and at a very reasonable price
