The hosts were fantastic 😊 The location was more than ideal, 5-10 minute walk into centre of Bowness and to Lake Windermere. Great choice of Continental breakfast items.

The only little thing I can comment on was the mattress being a little uncomfortable for us (sorry).

The staff was very nice. The location was good we could walk to nearby places. Parking was available. Breakfast was good.

The host was very rude. We requested him to allow us to stay a little longer after check out as it was raining but he refused & insisted we leave . The breakfast was also disappointing. Nothing cooked. And we were not allowed to complete the breakfast, as the allotted time was over. We understand we need to adhere to time, but they could’ve waited till my daughter finished her toast, as it is there wasn’t much to eat. Only bread, cereals, oats & fruits. Expected at least eggs, if not sausages or bacon. I feel he was racist, more than anything.

From the minute you walk through the door you are welcomed with a smile. The rooms are comfortable and Adam and Symoane are only to willing to help if you require assistance. the rooms a very comfortable and breakfast is plentiful and again served with a smile.

Großes Familenzimmer mit 4 Betten (nicht nur n Sofa mit Aufbettung, wie oft erlebt), schmackhaftes Frühstück (Toast, Marmelade, Müsli und selbstgemachter Joghurt) Kostenloser Stellplatz direkt hinterm Haus. Sehr nette Vermieter (junges Paar). Klobürste war vorhanden, prima;-) Kurze Wege 200m+ in den Ort / zu Restaurants.

Unser Zimmer hatte mehrere Dachfenster, aber keine senkrechten Fenster mit Blick nach draußen.

Ideal location, easy walking distance to the town and lake. (2 to 5 mins). Clean and comfortable accommodation.The stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Loved the place and our hosts from the moment we walked in. Adam and Symmoane greeted us from the moment we walked up to the front door, and warmly welcomed us in to their lovely bed and breakfast. Loved all of it, from their gracious hospitality, to the cozy breakfast in the morning, to the comfortable bed, and all the accessories we needed. They were friendly and eager to help us with any questions we had, and we're prompt with any requests we had.
