it was nice place to stay, the restaurant was very good but service of the hotel was bad and spa very very low quality, waste of money.

The architecture of the villas was outstanding. The Villas are so well thought out with everything in mind. The restaurant was planned to take in the beautiful views over the ocean and the communal pool doing the same. The staff were exceptional and did everything they could to make you welcome and attend to all wants and needs. Quod bikes were available for hire as well has horses for rides along the beach. The care of these horses and the planning of the rides on the bikes along the beach and then rice fields was also well done. The only thing that I found a little disconcerting was the ride to the villas which was in the dark and being a lone female I felt very vunerable as the roads were very narrow and sometimes appeared like you were going down someone's driveway!!

Visited once in 2010, came back in 2015. Hotel is much cleaner and better managed now, especially after their renovation 2 years ago. The hotel grounds were very well kept and serene, so much so that I would make it a point to just wake up early in the morning to sit outside and enjoy the peacefulness. Good resort for couples, although families might find some rest, but the kids might get restless from the lounging around. Near Tanah Lot but I'd give that a miss after making the trip there. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive, more so than other Balinese resorts. Room was very well maintained although A/C struggled to keep up during the day, ok at night. I was particularly impressed with the huge space available, bathtub, indoor shower and outdoor shower areas as well. Beach is fantastic and provides excellent background music for our entire stay. Nothing much to do in the surrounding area. I've been back home for a week and I miss it terribly already.

This is a beautiful resort! The staff were so friendly they made our stay the best yet in Bali. 1 restaurant but the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Great for couples, however there is nothing within walking distance so it was only good for a few days before we started to get restless.

Spent a few nights here, amazing and relaxing. Possibly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

Along the ride to this resort, we were filled with excitement & anticipation having read all the reviews with the picturesque illustrations. Apparently they proved us right where the experience was simply wonderful, so much different from staying in Tuban. The road leading to this heavenly inn in the midst of Yeh Gangga Village never seems to end. Well, one could expect it, since the villa is just next to Indian Ocean. We've got Lanai Room 5 for your info (Thou' I am not sure how does the interior of Lanai 1-10 is) Our room- It comes with white sunken bath tub,indoor & outdoor shower with your bed overlooking rice fields and ocean. RomanticA ! Wat more could we ask for as we go "wow...!"? Perfect setting with thatched roofs and full length window panes,not forgetting the sundeck. Try having your breakfast there watching sunrise. You can read a book if you do not feel hot.Nice friendly & accomodating staff! We need to check out 5.30am the next morning and they have our continental breakfast prepared and wrapped on that night. In the evening, watch out for horse-riding along the black sand beach. Meals served in the one and only restaurant were just as nice. Peaceful resort, with the only crashing waves sound. If you are a light sleeper, you might find yourself awake most of the time because the waves are loud. As per advised, no swimming or surfing is allowed. Basically, the nearest shop would probably be 20-30mins away. Therefore, please stock up snacks if you do not intend to have your 3meals at their restaurant. Overall, we never regret staying here and i bet most would agree with us. Will we revisit Waka Gangga? Yes! Definitely.. This Bali trip was perfect! Love it & missing it ...

A superb location, very clean, nice servise. An ideal place for relaxation and book reading. Do nor expect TV or disco - just relax.... and the hotel restaurant is very good, too. The only disadvantage was that the windy Western coast sea is suitable reallly only for surfing but not for swimming. But there is a pool which is ok, horseriding,.... We enjoyed our stay very much, but I would not suggest to stay longer than five nights.
