Comfort Suites Atlantic City North

The location was perfect for my event at the convention center - close enough without the noise and traffic. The bed was room were large and comfortable

There was no AC in the main part of the hotel, not the hallways, stairs, or elevator. When I walked into my room, the AC wasn’t on and I was met by stifling 87° air. The room never quite cooled off to a comfortable sleeping temperature. The carpet was dirty and dated.

The manager was very unprofessional

Well first off very dirty old property everything is out of order in breakfast area no waffle mix / juice they have pitcher of orange drink 24 hour coffee cold & old /very very horrible unsanitary roach conditions! I stayed two days they charged me separate xtra service charge of 20.00 when they already charged 20.00 service charge so that’s two 20.00 services charges 40.00 total,Reached out 5 times sent bank statement never got back they say it was parking fee but they don’t give parking pass or ask for license plate and your coming from airport to get dropped off they just add extra charges and don’t remove when it’s supposed to say all fees included in price not here they need to be removed from booking !!Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not stay here !!!!!!! they are very deceptive and like to steal peoples money !!! Buyer Beware !!Scam artists !!!!!!
