"Offensive and fatigued. Nice location and historical significance"

I found it offensive to not have a cancellation policy. Reimbursement is never available. I found it offensive to have to pay a $100 deposit even if reimbursed at the end of the stay. The hotel could use some decorative updates. The gym needs yoga mats, weights and the mirror was dirty. The decorative pillows in the rooms were stained. Thank you to the security guard for letting me use the gym before opening hours. Thank you to reception for not charging us when we asked for checkout at 12 instead of 11.

Propreté â revoir. Des cheveux et poil dans les tiroirs.. réserver pour 3 mais 2 serviettes dans la chambre. Par contre la piscine est géniale.

"Good place to stay in Maniwaki"

The room was clean, linen super clean. Toilet bowl could have used some brushing. Shampoo and body lotion would be nice. Pretty hotel fromthe outside by the river.

The room was exceptionally clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly.

Very detail cleaned, great stuff, veryfriendly. Great location in a cozy small town. Good restaurant at the property. If I drive by again, i totally stay there again.

"Not the best"

Everything was good till the end they kept my safty deposit of 100$ saying I smoked in my room which I did not. They didnt care if I said I did not and had proof That I didnt

The automatic lock to the door broke during the stay but another room was offered to us, which was only a minor inconvenience. Everything was fine otherwise. The room was very large. We were allowed to bring our bicycles into the room.

We love the coffee in the room, a lots of details that make you comfortable ... And with such a price!!! We are at the Bristol... The food was good the staff so kind and the price so good!

Hard to get a parking spot on hotel grounds due to many events. A parking lot for paid hotel guests should be adequately available at all time.
