Garden's and hotel were clean and tidy, staff are friendly.

The location of hotel, trying to walk down the narrow lanes was uncomfortable with so much traffic in a small area. Improvement to the access roads would make it safer.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff exceptionally accommodating, friendly and helpful. Peaceful and relaxing surrounds, lovely gardens, considering it's in the heart of Kuta. We were in a recently refurbished room which was excellent & spacious. Will definitely come again.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the in house menu...I would have liked more Indonesian food options...eg. Chicken curry, Rendang, fried Chicken, more spicy options.

La calidez del personal, las instalaciones y la limpieza. Excelente piscina con reposeras cómodas solo es un poco raro el tema del pedido y entrega de toallones para la piscina
