"GROSS, I felt dirty just being here."

It does appear they are remodeling part of the rooms.

Our sheets smelled like feces. Including pubic hair. Since they were white its hard to miss. We requested a new complete set because we were with a group and were all past ready to pass out from the day. The 2nd set of sheets we were given were for a queen. We had the king suite. They only had flat sheets that would fit the bed and no other blankets. The room is very outdated. Extension cords everywhere as most of the outlets did not work. Our toilet paper was on the floor due to the holder no longer being on the wall. Hall carpet was NASTY. Kids were very disappointed the pool is closed for remodeling according to the front desk. From what I could tell. Its just closed. I saw no sign of upgrade happening anytime soon. We have spent a lot less for much nicer. After that experience we wont ever stay here again.

"I wasn't aloud to stay want my money reinbursed"

I didn't like much the lady behind counter was very rude she would not take our reservation for either day she canceled our stay I was NOT reimbursed I need my money back!

Staff was very helpful, made exception they did not have to because technically I didnt live far enough away for them to rent room to me. There was storm that knocked electric out and had 2 babies with me under one year of age and extremely cold temperatures outside.
