"Beautiful spot!"

Great stay again at Saikaew Beach. I think its the best on the island. Quiet end of the beach, always clean with excellent service. A little pricey but lovely place!

"Avoid bungalows "

Deluxe bungalow definitely not 4 star. Small, dark, unrenovated, musty, cockroach on pillow. Asked for upgrade but all they did was show us another dingy bungalow. Slept the night on a hard mattress then went back to reception to complain (loudly) a second time. Wouldnt upgrade us but finally showed us a nicer bungalow which we accepted. Whole experience awful. Would not recommend this resort. Best thing was fire show which took place on beach restaurant not connected to this resort.

"Great Choice For Koh Samet!!"

Lovely resort accommodation but still a bit pricey even so. Easily based in the best location for the beach and a choice of bars and restaurants as well as the small main street that has more bar/restaurants as well as a small number of shops. The accommodation is very smart,clean and very well appointed. Just wish some of the restaurant staff would be a little more cheerful and welcoming. overall would still recommend this hotel as one of, if not the best, on the island!

"Nice Hotel!"

We came as a family of 4, took the new area which the rooms are built around the pool. The room is clean and big enough, dot even need to add exrra bed. Check in is quick. Love the small bed by the window. Staff are nice and helpful, food are great! Love the BBQ and live music. There is not much to do outside the hotel, a short weekend is just just prefect.

"Location is it's Best Attribute"

This is my 2nd review of Saikaew Beach Resort. I chose to try the Premier Seaside over my previous experience with the "Deluxe" (not) room. The Premier rooms are in the newer part of the development, closer to the beach, pools and restaurant. The room is bigger and cleaner than the "Deluxe." I still like this resort best when wanting to be close to the island's main beach and town. I would look elsewhere if you value higher quality over proximity to the main drag.

"Comfortable, relaxing & enjoyable stay"

Very little to do on land. So if you want to just sit back relax by the pool and beach then this is the place for you. Clean resort with helpful staff. Only improvement suggestion is to stop the instrumental music in the bar / restaurant and play a mix of old and current well known music.
