This place was very cozy and comfortable! Staff was great, parking was easy and it felt very very family owned small town vibes. We loved having a whole apartment feel and full kitchen. And our cat was welcomed which was great! Our new go to spot for sure

Clean building, clean rooms, and very nice staff. Good location in Waltham. Walkable to Moody St that has lots of restaurants. Seems like they have enough parking spots for everyone. Spacious room, and everything was working well in the room. Very helpful manager and I will stay here again when back in Boston.

Great communication about what to do when arriving. Room was very clean and comfortable. Very affordable compared to other hotels in the area. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we return to the area.

"clean room but missing key components"

The rooms were spacious. Price was decent for the Boston area. Clean. Kitchen was nice.

No staff most times. If you need to reach staff you need to call and if something happens to your phone or you are locked out without phone you are screwed..Area is so so- far from downtown and at night feels not nice to walk with family. No services of any kind and little amenities, not even coffee in the lobby. Of course they tell you everything that's been cut since covid after you make the reservation.
