AUAUThe have swimming pools and the facilities are clean and the staff where Fantastic
No good access to the beach . Where we were situated was full of sharp rocks and not safe to swim. Patong was approximately 1 kilometre from our location good swimming there Also sewerage overflow could be a problem
AUWe stayed in Junior Suite for 5 nights, Large, clean and great. We had a pool view, 4th floor, and were very happy
Only thing that could have been better was the shower. We only got hot water on last day. First 4 days water was barely warm
IEGreat location,,, pool view room was great. No noise. Easy to get transport into patong,, there is a 7 eleven shop near. And plenty restraunts nearby
All staff seem quite content,, none look stressed ,, they all seem happy and seem to be treated with respect by the supervising staff,, the pool is lovely with a swim up bar. We were invited to use the pool and shower facilities post checkout till it was time to leave. Birthday cake and decorated rooms for our 4 celebrated birthdays,, great sunset view from the barstools

It was not near any shops or even the beach.
AUThe bed were so comfortable. Brekky was nice large assortments of choices. Pool was beautiful. Bus access at the front door. Staff were very approachable and spoken good english
You couldn't swim at the beach across the road as it was very rocky
