"Island paradise in easy reach of BKK airport"

Excellent service, idyllic surroundings, yummy food and a quiet golden sandy beach. Paradise just a couple of hours drive and a short speedboat ride from Bangkok airport. The team were attentive and always on-hand without being intrusive. Nice choice of restaurants.

What a wonderful hotel! We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Le Vimarn and had the most fantastically chilled & relaxed time. The resort is located in a beautiful, quiet bay, and the facilities are excellent. The food at ‘O’, Breeze and Buzz was all of a high standard. The staff at Le Vimarn are what make the biggest difference, though. They just couldn’t do enough for us, and everybody from the waiters & waitresses, beach, spa, and reception staff were just so helpful and courteous, it made our stay even more memorable. We hope we are lucky enough to visit Le Vimarn again in the future!

"Heerlijk luxe resort in prachtige eigen baai!"

Le virmand (niet te verwarren met virman aan de andere kant van het eiland) is een enorm luxe plek op ko samed. Het resort heeft (samen met ao prao resort) een eigen baai waardoor het heerlijk rustig is (geen strand sellers, geen boten die het uitzicht belemmeren, geen overdaad aan restaurants). De kamers zijn erg groot en hebben ruime badkamers. Je kijkt uit over de prachtige tuin richting de zee. Er zijn drie restaurants waaronder de buzz coco club (beach club, goed voor sunset en erg lekker eten), breeze restaurant (indrukwekkende fire dance in het weekend, lekker eten) en O (italiaans maar echt goed, inclusief lekker brood en dat is moeilijk te vinden in thailand).

Omdat het hotel in een eigen baai ligt, moet je wel met een tuk tuk als je weg wilt (200-250thb enkele reis). Je kan nergens makkelijk heen lopen. Als je via booking boekt, is het goed om te weten dat ze een (gratis) pick up service hebben (inclusief ferry). Bel het hotel even van tevoren hierover. Berichten via booking komen slecht aan helaas).

The staff at this property are so lovely! Kind and welcoming. The room we had was dreamy and the beach was gorgeous. We visited in July, unsure what to expect from the weather, and we enjoyed some blue sky! The breakfast was delicious and both the O and Breezes were high quality. Definitely a more up scale experience. Great memories!
