The bed are little firm.

Clean and spacious room, nice amenities, great free breakfast. Courteous staff

The lobby and the halls smelled really nice. The breakfast was good, but would of liked to have bacon as a choice of protein and also I would of liked waffles instead of pancakes.

The shower head had lime and rust on it. Needs to be replaced or properly cleaned. Also the tub had signs that needed better cleaning. Would like bar soap instead of just the liquid stuff offered.

Everything was great. My only complaint was all the pillows were too thick, giving a crick in my neck the first night. I purchased a cheap smaller pillow und used it for the remaining nights and slept well.

Receptionist not welcoming but not rude. Given room 212. Walked down hallway to room, very smoke smell. It was covered up with some kind of perfume spray. Open room 212, my husband and myself walked out quickly due to strong perfume smoke smell. It made of feel sick. Told receptionist, she apologized and moved up to 103. It was better. But had some smoke smell coming from stairway. Need to have better restriction policies on people who should not be smoking in a non- smoking environment.
