Clean and convenient

There was a $50 security deposit collected at check in and I never got it back. When I called the property for an explanation I was told to talk to the manager who was not available at that time. Really disappointed this was our second time there, obviously the first time was good

It was one of the best hotels we've stayed in. My husband loves the Holiday Inn hotels and this is by far the best one.

The staff were friendly at check in but the next night we needed something and the clerk had an attitude. They knocked on our door to ask if we had dirty towels so we handed them over and they did not swap out new towels. We were there more than one night so later on asked for more towels. The clerk had an attitude. Common sense is when you take towels to give towels. The hot tub smelled like a used toilet and the elevator was questionable. It wasn’t enough to make us leave but we will not be booking here again when there are so many more options to stay at.

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express for two nights, booking through Hotels.com, where it had a 9.9 (Excellent) rating. In my experience, it was more average than excellent. Pros: Comfortable bed – got a good night’s sleep. TV with local channels – basic but functional. Breakfast included – though the quality was subpar. It was convenient, but don’t expect much. Cons: No smart TV – would have been much better if I could stream YouTube or Netflix. Harsh lighting – the bright white fluorescent bulbs made the room feel cold and sterile. Warm lighting would be much better. Location is rough – the motel is in a bad part of town. Unfortunately, my truck was vandalized in the parking lot. While that’s not directly the motel’s fault, better security would help. I parked in a well-lit area, but it still happened, so be aware of the risk. Overall, it’s fine for a short stay, but it’s definitely not a 9.9/10 experience. If you need a place to sleep, it works, but the location, security, and amenities could be improved.

Elevator needs to be looked at, it was making a loud thumping noise.

We had a wonderful evening in the hot tub, coffee was hot and fresh at night, and breakfast was amazing, we slept well and enjoyed a clean comfortable room!!!

Hmmmmm.....where do I begin... the bathroom....pubic hair on the toilet, the bathroom was absolutely filthy. I don't think the bathroom floor had ever been clean. Hair behind the door and on the door. Shower head was terrible, the cover over the drain was loose and of course the shower curtain was stained. At 11:30PM a fire alarm went off, or some sort of alarm in the hallway. After a sleepless night, my husband went down to get breakfast, he passed trash outside the room down from us...two or three bags just hanging out in the hallway. But he really enjoyed seeing the large box of Coco Pebbles cereal by the elevators spilling over the trashcan. I received an email to check out online...the internet was so bad I could not download the app. I told the desk clerk, she argued with me and said oh we don't do online check out. So why the HELL did I receive that email!! NEVER, NEVER again will we stay at this hellhole!!!
