"Overnight stay was comfortable and met our needs with close proximity to the event we were attending"

The accommodations met our needs. We wanted to eat breakfast, but some of the guests were inconsiderate and would take almost all of the food as it was put out by the host. this issue had no bearing on your staff, rather the individuals who were self serving.

Humidity control. Due to the humidity in the region, the wood pieces and flooring were quite sticky. Not sure if this is fixable.

The hotel wasn't very clean. The bathroom shower drain was dirty and there were white crumbs by the tv. I asked for the bathroom and the area by the tv to be cleaned but it was not done.

The area had a lot of shopping and food options near it. The 1st room we were assigned smelled like the carpet was wet and mildewed. We were switched to a different room and it was better.

"I will choose Marriott hotels any day. Springhill Suites are just on point most of the time."

Location was perfect! Booking was a breeze. Staff were friendly and welcome us with a smile. Bed was very comfortable. Just s pleasant stay.

Couldn't get TV to work. Floors in bathroom and shower area were very sticky.
