The location was good. It was an easy walk to downtown, and if you were there for a conference, it couldn’t get any better.

I have a severe allergy to feathers. I called, messaged and called again the morning of check in to be sure we were in a feather free room. There was still a feathered pillow on my bed. Also, there was no bedding for the pull out couch even though I indicated we would have 6 people in our room. I asked for bedding for the pull out and for a pillow to replace the feathered one at 8:30pm. By 10:30pm, we still had not seen anyone from housekeeping. We went to bed without bedding. Billy at the front desk was very kind and apologetic, but it needs to be noted that this happened.
