There is nothing that I didn’t like.

Embassy Suites are usually our “go-to” hotels, but Little Rock proved they are not all created equal. This hotel just feels old and dingy. The carpet is dirty and stained (both in the hallways and in the rooms), not something I want my toddler crawling around on. The rooms are poorly lit and overly perfumed. Furniture is beat up and stained. Walls are scuffed up and dirty. The grout in the bathroom is dark and dirty. Our shower didn’t drain (like standing water even after you turn off the tap). We spoke to the front desk and asked for a refund, we were wanting to just leave and stay somewhere else. They wouldn’t grant us a refund, but moved us to a different room. The shower drained better, but everything else was the same. We got up and left as early as possible and won’t return.

I asked for birthday decorations to be set up for my daughter's 12th birthday and they went above and beyond!

The parking. There's not enough parking. Needs more entrances available around the building that are accessible for all the different parking areas.

Staff were amazing

I am used to holds on my funds that drop off 7-10 days after check out. This is very common and comes from the pre authorization of you card at check in. However, I have NEVER had one last for 30 days. This is absurd!!! Thank goodness I have funds in the bank and can weather a long hold. I was shocked when my bank said the hold was due to lift 30 days after I had checked in. I called the hotel twice and got no assistance with a return call about the issue. So nice place but beware they will hold your funds!!! Like I said I am lucky that didn’t hurt us but last year when we stayed I used my Credit Card so I guess I didn’t notice.
