River Hotel

立地最高！川の真向かいがトランプタワーで迷わない。おしゃれなリバーウォークもすぐ下。 空港からの鉄道駅やミレニアムパークも近く、有名ディープディッシュピザ店やクルーズ乗り場も至近距離。 お店も多くショッピングも楽しいエリアです。 とにかくどこに行くにも便利なので、ふらっと出かけて、すぐ戻れます。 スタッフの方も感じが良く、2階のコーヒーやお茶のサービスもありがたい。 その上各階にはウォーターサーバーがあり、なんとボトルまで置いてくれていて良心的。 でも一番助かったのは地下と10階にある無料ランドリーマシンです。 お部屋のエアコンを切ってもホテル全館の冷房が効き過ぎて寒いので、内線0にブランケットをお願いしたら、すぐにヒーターまで持ってきてくれて暖かくなりました。 お部屋自体はコンパクトですが使い勝手も良く、この抜群の立地とサービスならコスパ的には最高でしょう。 街も綺麗で歩きやすくまた戻ってきたいと思える滞在でした。お勧めです！

Unexpected extra night in Chicago, and this hotel did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable rooms, with great views and the friendliest of staff.

Some areas in the room need some paint and maintenance, and as far as I can tell there is only one ice machine for the entire buildling which was up a different elevator bank.

Air didn't work

Centrally located easy to walk to many destinations and close to subway line including subway to the airport. Room was really spacious. We had 2 queen beds situated in 2 ends of the hotel room with 2 bathrooms so was ideal for a couple of friends.

Nothing in particular. I found the hotels in Chicago pricier than other cities but otherwise it was good.

The view was great. The location was convenient to everything we were doing and the room was comfortable. Staff were very helpful when we needed advice or directions.
