"Great stay, and we'll be coming back again!"

Great pool, super friendly staff, comfortable bed and clean room in fantastic location central to shops. Gym facilitates were good as well. Cocktails delivered to the room/villa was a great plus too. They also have an onsite spa with massages! Good value for money and we would definitely come back. The staff very kindly let us change our stay dates as well when our flights moved, which helped us a lot.

Breakfast food quality could have been a little better. It was still okay and we ate every morning, but maybe a bit of uplift in the breakfast quality would be nice (dinner food quality was great though).

"Lovely and great experience."

Bedroom is spacious and staff are nice and friendly.

Aircon was leaking but they did transferred us to a better room.

"perfect location for exploring seminyak"

room was modern, nice and comfortable. very good location - easily walkable to lots of food options, seminyak flea market and boutique shopping also. location is 11/10! staff very friendly. The gym has enough for a good workout- i was surprised as i had reviews saying it wasn't very good- but i think its good for a hotel gym.

the spa should have an option for nail polish or shellac when getting a pedicure or manicure. shame we weren't able to use our free 15minute massages as i think the spa shuts too early.

The location was absolutely perfect. The pool was one of deepest we had it Bali. Room was good size.. And a very Rare thing the Fridge was huge and actually kept things ice cold which I find is a rare thing in the hot climate of Bali

Not much Room service food was a bit plan but thats about it

The location is excellent. Is near to beach and many restaurants and stores.

The bathroom was very spacious, but not practical at all. The water pressure was low, and there was no handheld shower, only a fixed one that couldn’t be adjusted. This made it difficult to rinse soap residue off the walls while showering, which felt quite unhygienic. I also missed the level of communication and hospitality I experienced in Sebatu with the staff. After check-in, there was little follow-up, and they didn’t really ask if I needed anything.
