Bed was too hard.

The staff were amazing, the breakfast was great, the room was clean. Location was nice and quiet. Had a safe system at reception for your passports etc. Late check in 2.00am was amazing!!

A little bit of a walk to get to the beach, when I booked I thought there would be lane way shortcuts to the beach, but no. Not quite enough shade around the pool, and those beautiful, selfish people that would get up early, put their towels (in the shady spots), and belongings out and the disappear for half the day!!

Property was well taken care of, the pool and all shared spaces within the resort/hotel looked clean, the hotel was about 10mi s away from the Seminyak square, quite a few main streets that will take you to restaurants, cafes and loads of shopping places like little markets, etc The room given to us was large, spacious, great lighting, window and a balcony. The hotel has a restaurant and room service which is quite convenient for days you just want to chill in the hotel. The staff was super friendly and always open to helping.

A couple of things about the room we were given have to be looked at, the shower head it self did not provide a good amount of water so we had to shower quite close to the wall and the drain was blocked so the water did not go until a a few minutes after you finished, the toilets wasn’t cleaned properly so you can see the water mark on the bottom, with a good clean that mark will disappear, last but not least, the bed was a great size, but the mattress, not sure if there was one, the bed was very hard and not comfortable and the pillows need changing.

The villa was a good choice to stay. Drinking water supply was a very clever choice.

Salty water in the tap, impossible to wash the hair. Tap in the spa was rusted, we hesitated to use the spa because of that. Food was average, had dinner first nigh and eat outside after that.
