Astral Maris Hotel

Great location, around 1 minute walk to the beach. Hotel is in need of some refurbishment though and not a huge amount of amenities apart from a small-ish pool.

Location was excellent. The breakfasts were quite extensive and excellent.

Excellent location (1 mint walk to beach and boardwalk) and elegant lobby. The room was modern and comfortable. The AC worked very well and the bed was also quite comfortable. The bathroom, though modern, was a bit sub par. The bathtub was dirty and the shower head in the shower was grimy and hanging from the ceiling. Everything worked fine, but it wasn't to same standards as the rest of the room. The highlight of the property was the breakfast, which is varied and complete. Also, the internet was spotty. It did not work the entire time I was in the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing. Located close to beach and bus stops. Easy to get to from the airport via public bus. Bed was comfortable. WiFi signal in room was weak, don’t know if that was due to our room location being at the end of the hall. Towels were thin and should probably be replaced. Breakfast should open an hour earlier. We had an early tour to catch and they were very accommodating and let us in early to eat. Staff was very helpful.

A renovasted clean and comfort family hotel in a perfect spot right in the center. on the beach and very close to the Red Sea Shopping mall and to the old airport.

Amazing breakfast

we stayed at Astral for a long weekend, enjoying many of the local highlights in Eilat, including the magnificent Park Timna. Like many other hotels in Eilat - Astral is a bit rundown, but as we were celebrating a birthday we went all out and took a suite for mom and dad and a separate room for the bambino. the suite was roomy and spacious, especially the bathroom. we had little need for interaction with the hotel staff, but whenever we did, it was pleasant and courteous.
