Great location in Tsukuba. Room is comfortable. Laundry machine and microwave are good for staying for a few days. The room gets a bit older now the room is showing some aging signs but overall it is very clean and functional.

Here they have this nice magnet system to indicate whether you'd like a new set of towels or have the room cleaned. However the message written on the magnet does not align well with what they'd actually do. The magnet (and other written messages you can find) indicates that the room will be cleaned every 3 days. But even on the 3rd day if you don't put out the magnet it will still not be cleaned. I also hope they can collaborate with the little gym across the street and offer their guests a chance to work out (with a discounted fee, say).
