"Comfortable place for resting after a long drive."

Very nice, clean, quiet room. The beds were a little hard, but still comfortable. We got to the breakfast area just as it was closing, but the attendant made sure we got what we needed. That was very nice. The breakfast area also had lots of choices of places to sit and plugs to charge your devices.

The staff was very friendly. Our check-in went well and quickly. The staff was friendly.

The hotel smells damp causing my eyes and nose to run and my sister's eyes to itch. The television did not work the entire length of our stay. The beds are nice and the bathroom was clean. We were still charged the full price and I will not be returning. This is my experience with Comfort Inn and suites in New Iberia, LouisianaI, try them for yourselves. You may have a totally different experience than mine.

Breakfast was horrible

The check in and out was a total disaster. I paid for room in advance and on there end it was stating that it was unpaid. I was charged 3 times for same room.
