Comfort Inn Athens I - 75

Everything was fantastic we had plenty of towels for bathing and the room was very clean. Not much outside noise and fantastic staff.

I forgot my jacket in the room and they mailed it to me.

I like my room was on the main floor and it was a easy check in and out

There was absolutely no parking. The breakfast wasn't all that good. I noticed things in the room not clean.

The location was good for the baseball tournament. 5mins away.

The rooms weee not clean or made up properly. When I asked the staff for bedding for the pullout. She told me “don’t steal it… I’m putting it down that you got sheets”. These are sheets that are already supposed to be in the room. Then we are asked 3 times if we had the luggage cart in the room. I hope these issues are not racially motivated. But being the only minority in the hotel spoke volumes. I was told that the incidental fee would be dropped. But I was charged twice for the room. I was hoping the second fee would also drop off but we checked out Sunday at 8am. And still on my account. I need my money back

The pool was nice, the surrounding area was nice.

The hotel clerk the one who checked me in was very rude and had an attitude problem. They gave away my reservation after I had already confirmed and was en route. And then gave me a different room with a higher price then what I originally reserved for . He constantly would look at you with an attitude as if he didn't want you at the hotel. He has horrible customer service and I will not be going back nor recommending this place. We came for a baseball tournament and we had 5 other families from our team stay and all had same issue with him and also there rooms were dirty when they walked in or they were asked to put their own sheets on they bed. It was ridiculous. Pool was nice, breakfast was ok but staff horrible.

Handicap room did not have walk in shower. Thank goodness for the grab bars! The mirror in the bathroom needs replaced. It's foggy.

Room was large, indoor pool was a nice feature though the water was a little cold. Breakfast was decent, everything seemed pretty clean. Staff was nice. Convenient highway access.

Breakfast options were just ok, nothing special. Pool water was a little cold for an indoor pool. Lots of hallway noise during our stay.
