"Pretty good stay over-all."

The value. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast is pretty good! I do commend the way breakfast is served with ticket from the front desk for each room. That is efficient I believe

We were quite surprised that the 2nd level where we stayed is like going outside before getting into our room. We ended staying overnight instead of the 2-night booking due to my spouse allergies. We thought that the pillows and beddings where not hypoallergenic ones. Perhaps that is something you can look into.

"Good choice if you're in the area and don't need breakfast before 7a."

Most excellent comfortable beds. High water pressure and massage shower heads. Close to the freeway, but freeway noise could not be heard inside the room.

Breakfast not available until 7a. Sound insulation between rooms was lacking. Could hear conversational tones from room next door.

"This property is a jewel in the Best Western properties"

This Best Western property was a motel. Don't let the outside fool you! It has a beautiful log exterior, a new roof, railings, windows, an efficient, very quiet elevator, and indoor heat pumps. The walls seem to have plenty of insulation to prevent noise. The floor plan has been remodeled into a well designed space with all the amenities, including free breakfast. The property also has a restaurant close by. And the staff are wonderful.

Swimming pool, convenience to freeway.

Beds were broken down in the middle of mattresses in room 228, and ants were all over the bathroom. Sink drained extremely slow in both rooms #227 and #109, tub stopper didn’t work for a bath in room #109. Manager found a room with best bed for our second and third nights. First night in second room, #109, heater didn’t work, they replaced the unit for heat the last night. Hot tub jets were never working.
